CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and No-Show Policy At Longevity Wellness Center/Dollē Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure smooth operations and availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $75 fee, which will be charged to the card on file. 2. No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a $100 fee, charged to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best care and availability for all clients.
